Knowledge graphs combined with AI represent a paradigm shift in how we handle documents and data. They enable us to move beyond the search paradigm and enable us to combine structured and unstructured information. Instead of searching for the right document, we should be able to find the right answer to the question at hand. I am passionate about developing technologies and services that enable such systems.

The introduction of technologies is always also a process of change. This has led to my second passion: supporting change processes and developing organizations that are well prepared for change. In my view, a systemic approach to leadership combined with agile methods is the key to this.
